Executive Director
The Humane Society of Pinellas is seeking an Executive Director who is a dynamic leader with proven fundraising, planning and leadership skills.
The Executive Director must have a minimum of eight years of progressive management in a non-profit organization with the proven abilities to effectively lead and manage a non-profit organization. Proven experience in fund development, strategic planning and management is required, along with strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Experience required in preparing, attaining, and administering external grants.
The Executive Director will be expected to uphold the mission as expressed in the bylaws, and effectively plan and promote its goals, cooperating with the BOD in making decisions for the best interests of the organization. Nonprofit budgetary development and experience in personnel management are also required.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
