Kid’s Corner

Here are some things you can do to help the animals at the Humane Society of Pinellas and in your neighborhood.

• Hold a Wish List donation drive
• Ask for pet gifts to donate to HSP instead of birthday presents
• Organize a yard sale to raise money and/or items to HSP
• Organize a “Change for the Better” coin drive at your school
• Spread the word
• Ask HSP’s Humane Education Specialist to speak at your school
• Create a Humane Club
• Bake dog and kitty cookies (click here for some recipe ideas)
• Make toys for dogs and cats (ideas and instructions available here: Cat Toys & Dog Toys)
• Be a responsible pet owner
